We wanted convey our thanks again to Hillhead of Auquhirie Wind Farm Community Fund which is administered by Kincardine Development Partnership. We were fortunate enough to receive funding for new picnic tables which were kindly installed earlier this month by Aberdeenshire Council Landscape Services.
We purchased 2 new Brassington Picnic Tables from TDP Limited based in Derby, who manufacture and distribute garden furniture which is made from 100% recycled plastic waste, all of which comes from the United Kingdom. It’s environmentally friendly and incredibly durable.
The picnic tables are a great addition to the park and will be maintenance free, will not rot, will not splinter and are impervious to water and resistant to algae. You will see them below either side of the existing picnic table adjacent to Mill O Forest School and Forest View Centre.
