We are holding a Community Picnic in the Park on 25th May, from 12 noon to 4pm in Forest Drive Park. Bring your own chairs, food and drink, as well as enjoying burgers from the BBQ – cash donation welcome.
Great chance to meet Committee Members and ask any questions you may have, discuss joining the Friends team or just enjoy your local green space. We have an area beside the three new picnic tables adjacent to Mill O Forest School and Forest View centre which will be marked out.
The Scottish Tug O War teams will be there also holding a Tug O War competition so it will likely be busy. They have kindly donated a Children’s Tug O War rope for anyone who wants to try it out, (some of us adults me have a go also).
